On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Apex Era, and change or cancel your plan. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're glad to help you through it — just email us.
Each generation uses one credit. Your subscription includes an allowance that refreshes every period, and you can buy credit packs that never expire. If a generation fails, the credit goes straight back to your balance — if it doesn't, email us and we'll fix it.
